1. Communication Essentials
You’ll learn the elements, language patterns, and habits that make up each personality type. You'll learn how each personality executes tasks and how best to pair them to maximize your strengths and minimize weaknesses. After taking the DISC assessment, you'll receive a personalized breakdown that outlines your communication style and natural talents as well as how to leverage them to build a business on your terms.
2. Goal-Setting & Accountability
I put an action plan in place to help you accomplish your goals. Building a solid foundation is key to success. We’ll teach you how to build a strong, never-wavering foundation that will pave the way for a more successful life. This foundation will support you through thick and thin, good days and bad days, and never let you down when times get tough. We’ll teach you how to dig in and fight through the waves of disappointments and discouragement that you may, or may not, face throughout your journey. This is imperative to staying on track to reach your GOALS!
3. Build Your REI Success Blueprint
This is one of the most important sections that I cover in coaching program. In this section, I have created an online course that my coaching students will have lifetime 24/7 access. Here you will find the exact roadmap to finding a deal, getting the deal, and closing the deal. We will cover understanding your market, determining you niche marketing strategy, connecting with motivated sellers, developing relationships with buyers, and ultimate closing your first deal. Within this section, I will be including step by step videos, documents, and of course access some amazing bonuses.
4. Your First $100K & Beyond
I know that this will sound crazy, but the same process you use to get your first deal, is the same process it will take to reach your first $100k. The only thing that will change will be your Mindset, Energy, and your Systems! Every business has its ups and downs, and in life, you have to expect the unexpected. Many people give up when the going gets tough, but we’re going to teach you how to sustain and succeed even on your worst days. We will get you started on this path and ultimately match you with one of our resources to take you the rest of the way. It takes a POWER TEAM!
1 ON 1 COACHING SELECTION PROGRAM
We will be extremely selective regarding the individuals we bring on board for coaching. No matter how much a person is ready, willing, and able to invest it is not possible to simply buy your way in. With the same token, because we are OWNER we are able to offer flexible terms to make sure the right fit can participate even if financial concerns are a factor.
With that being said the moment we feel that we desire your success more than you do, we will immediately terminate your involvement in the program and cease to collect any remaining funds. If a student that has been terminated in the past wishes to return to resume coaching, approval will be up to the assigned coach/mentor’s discretion.
Participation in any program with us will require time, energy, and focus. We are only seeking individuals who are looking to have life transformation. Realizing the energy, resources, and tools we invest in our students provides us the ability to humbly request an initial monetary investment as well as a regular monthly subscription. While we invest time into you we are unable to invest in others. Time
Is Sacred and the only thing we cannot get back.
Our goal however is to provide more value than you can ever expect to receive financially. If the scales were to ever become imbalanced, we will immediately seek to provide alternative arrangements for the student.
